RETURN POLICY
At ALT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, simply use our online return portal.
Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for an exchange or refund, but we are happy to issue store credit. Please note that we do not currently provide free return labels, so return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your courier to ensure your return is traceable.
If your return is lost in transit and you cannot provide proof of postage, we will be unable to process your request. However, with a valid postage receipt or tracking number, we will gladly issue store credit. Please be aware that postage costs are non-refundable.
